Consulting

Your week is full of work a machine should be doing.

I help small businesses get rid of repetitive work — missed calls that never get a follow-up, leads that sit in an inbox overnight, data typed into one system that already lives in another. Practical automation and AI, built around how your business actually runs, with you in control of every piece.

No jargon, no “AI transformation,” no six-month roadmap. A specific annoying thing, gone — usually within a couple of weeks.

Three ways to work with me

PATH 01

I build it for you

You tell me the thing that eats your time. I build it, run it, and watch it — because a broken automation looks exactly like a slow week, and knowing the difference is what you're paying for. Setup fee plus a monthly rate that covers monitoring, changes, and a monthly report.

PATH 02

I teach you to build it

You want it done, but you want to own it and run it yourself. We build your first automation together in one paid working session — on your accounts, your screen — and you leave with it live. Keep going month to month if you want a coach in your corner.

PATH 03

I teach

Workshops and sessions for teams and groups that want to actually understand this stuff — what AI is genuinely good at, what it isn't, and how to put it to work without handing your business to a black box.

The kind of problems I fix

If your version isn't on the list, that's normal — the list is just the shape. Every business has its own worst repetitive task. That's the one we go after first.

What a project actually looks like

  1. A conversation, not a pitch.

You walk me through how the work flows today. I tell you honestly what's worth automating and what isn't — sometimes the answer is “don't pay me, change this one setting.”

  2. A plan in plain English.

What gets built, what it costs, what I need from you, and which parts depend on someone else (carriers, your website vendor). No surprises, no fine-print games.

  3. Build and go live in phases.

The parts that depend on nobody go live in days. The parts that depend on third parties go live the moment those clear — and I verify with real tests, not anyone's word.

  4. I run it, or hand it to you.

Depending on the path you picked. Either way you get documentation a new operator could rebuild from.

What makes this different

You own everything.

Your accounts, your phone numbers, your customer data. If we part ways, it all keeps working and it's all yours — nothing your business depends on stays solely in my hands. That's written into my agreements, not just this page.

You stay in control.

Automated messages go only to people who contacted you first. You pick the wording. You approve what goes out. You can see exactly what ran and when.

I build this stuff for real.

I run production AI systems with real guardrails — approval gates, audit trails, kill switches — including an autonomous AI system of my own and a governance product for AI agents. The same discipline goes into a five-step Zapier flow as goes into the big systems.

I'll tell you when the answer is no.

Not every problem wants AI. Some want a checklist.

What it costs

It depends on the work — which is exactly why I don't publish a price list. What I can tell you: this isn't five-figure-retainer consulting. You get a specific number in writing, in plain English, after one conversation — before you commit to anything.

First step

Email [email protected] and tell me the most annoying repetitive thing in your week. You'll get a straight answer about whether it's automatable and roughly what that takes — free, and useful even if we never work together.

Based in the Pittsburgh area. Greater Pittsburgh businesses get me in person; everyone else gets me by video — the work is identical.
